Greetings dear child. For one to achieve that which presents itself at the start of each new day one must be disciplined and one must prioritise and be focused. One may think that there is not enough time to spend doing a meditation along with yoga, tai-chi or other exercise regime. Think again, for when one attends to this area of their life – mediation and exercise, then the day somehow flows and one’s achievements will astound even themselves. Try to be disciplined, try to bring these periods of both withdrawal and exercise into each day, treat them with respect, with reverence and make them a daily ritual.
