Greetings, dear one, support is a vital part of life on Planet Earth, each and every incarnating soul needs the support of those around them. Imagine what life would be like without the love and support of the family unit, of one’s friends and neighbours, and also those who help and guide us form the higher levels of Being. It is also nice to know the love and support that helps one through life on your troubled Planet Earth, it so empowering to feel the nurturing and protection that one’s support system provides. When you have the time to sit in stillness perhaps it will be possible to ponder on these words and to count the blessings in your day to day life and then be filled with praise, gratitude and love for all aspects of your life. It will also help you to recognize the lack of love and support in those less fortunate than oneself. Lack of love makes for a life of desolation and loneliness – so always hold out your hand in friendship, smile at those you meet as you journey through life, for these small acts of kindness can be a great gift to those who are lost and lonely. These small acts of kindness could save a life, could turn a bad day into a good one and will always make a difference. So try to work from the heart centre, try to let your light shine – take these two positive energies into each and every new day and make those you meet feel loved and supported with a smile and a kind gesture.
