28th December 2012 - Relaxation and Rest

Greetings dear one, relaxation and rest are both essential for the continuation of good health, as is sleep. When one is in the state of sleep the body is busy repairing the damage caused by life. Incorrect eating habits along with inappropriate thoughts and actions cause imbalances and blockages within the energy pathways running throughout the whole of the physical self. This energy us, as you well know repairs, recharges and rebalances each of the internal organs and the systems that they support. Each individual being feels eternally young and optimistic , for the soul within does not age – alas, the physical self, the vehicle one calls the body does age. The wear and tear of a full and active life makes itself felt with the body, it ages, cells breakdown and are replaced constantly. When the energy within the body is not flowing correctly it is out of balance, the toxic waste of cell breakdown builds up within the body and the immune system, elimination system and circulatory system and they are unable to cope. Therefore, the body becomes almost a hostile environment – disease follows as organs and systems are not repaired fully. So, it is easy to see that sleep, rest, along with a good balanced diet are all essential to living a healthy and lengthy life. The physical vehicle will serve one well if is nurtured and honoured, treat it with the respect that it is due and life will be easier and more balanced. Blessings. PAX. ©
