08.02.90- Each Day is Unique

Today is a day like no other. Each day we experience is an individual one, and the experiences we go through are also individual. Treat each new day as special, as a gift from God and enjoy each one. Take what you can learn from it, do not allow your life to become mundane. It is your responsibility, only you can improve the quality of your life.

Allow the challenges to be brought forward, accept them with a willing, positive heart. Do not see these challenges as problems, or hard work, this is a negative approach and can bring you down.

Some situations around you can be very difficult, bringing many problems. Do not look at the complete situation, just take a look at one aspect at a time. Do not go making mountains out of what really are only mole hills, this is a dangerous and damning approach to life.

There is much joy and beauty around, take time out to look around and enjoy these natural things, they have the power to heal a troubled mind and soul. Joy as you know is to be found in the simplest of things. These pleasures are there for the taking, not just for yourself, but for anyone and everyone who cares to make the effort. Lift yourself our of the mundane.

Go forth into the  unknown and enjoy each new challenge.
